Can I change the date my BTC bill is due?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the due date. However, we will be glad to make payment arrangements on a balance due. Please call our office at (918) 366-8000 M-F from 9:00-6:00 or email customerservice@mybtc.com to make payment arrangements.
