SmartHub

We also have a SmartHub app - available free on Google Play and the Apple App Store. SmartHub is a secure web and mobile app that allows you to make payments, report service issues, and manage your account on your computer or mobile device. All BTC Broadband customers are eligible to sign up for SmartHub.

To sign up for SmartHub:

Visit BTCBroadband.com and click on the Pay My Bill tab. Click on New User on the SmartHub homepage and follow the prompts to create an account. You’ll need your account number to register.
