How do I change my Voice Mail personal greeting?

  1. From your phone, press the Voice Mail Button (envelope), enter your current PIN. At the main menu select option 3 for Greetings, then Option 1 to work with you personal greeting, and option 1 again. Record your greeting when prompted, pressing # to stop recording. Follow prompts to save or rerecord.
  2. If you have a headset/microphone on your PC, you can log into User Cloud Voice Portal and log in with your phone number (digits only) and portal password. At the bottom of the screen click on the orange circle labeled message settings, At the very bottom, click on voicemail greeting, then more options. Click on the record next to the greeting you want to record. Then click Save.
