How do I read my BTC bill?

Your monthly bill serves as a detailed outline of your current service plan as well as any associated charges. To help you better understand your bill, we have listed some important sections to review.

  • Account Number: Your unique identification number, shown in the upper left-hand side of page 1.
  • Bill At-A-Glance: This section provides a brief summary of the services you are subscribed to as well as the current amount due for that month. Shown on the left and side of page 1.
  • Message Center: Includes important information regarding your account, contact information, notices, and general message that might pertain to you. Shown on the right-hand side of page one.
  • Payment Coupon: Located at the bottom of page 1, this section provides a quick overview of your account information. You will need to include this section if you mail your payment (check only).
  • Monthly Usage: Lists details for service-related activity including usage, service subscription, and explanation of charges and federal, state, or local taxes and fees. New customers will see a prorated date and charge in this section. Shown on page 2.
