How do I record my name so people can find me on Easy Attendant dial by name?

The dial by name feature is connected to your recorded name in voice mail.

From your phone, press the Voice Mail Button (envelope), enter your current PIN. At the main menu select option 3 for Greetings, then select option 3 for Name. Follow the system prompts to record and save your name.
