How do I reset my Voice Mail PIN?
- From your phone, press the Voice Mail Button (envelope), enter your current PIN. At the main menu, press 4 (Settings), then press 3 (Security Options), then press 1 (change PIN). Enter new PIN followed by #, the system will prompt you to reenter, if you reentered the same PIN, the system will confirm the change.
- Log into User Cloud Voice Portal and log in with your phone number (digits only) and portal password. On the bottom right click on vice account settings, bottom center click on Change Voicemail PIN, enter your current PIN, enter new PIN, verify new PIN and click confirm.
- If you do not remember your PIN, your Business Admin can log into the Admin Portal and reset your PIN.
