How do I set up Selective Call Rejection?

How to Use Selective Call Rejection:

  1. Lift your handset and listen for a dial tone.
  2. Dial *60
  3. Listen to voice instructions which tell you:
    • Whether service is on or off.
    • How many numbers are on your list.
    • How to turn service on or off.
    • How to add or delete numbers from your list.
  1. Choose from any of the options in the “Screen List Editing” section on pages 24 and 25.
  2. When finished, hang up the handset.

How to Cancel Selective Call Rejection:

  1. Lift your handset and listen for a dial tone.
  2. Dial *60
  3. Listen for instructions.
  4. Dial 3 to turn service off.
  5. Hang up the handset.

Note:

  • The service is available for calls in the defined calling area.
  • You can have up to 12 telephone numbers on your list.
  • Numbers on your list must be 10-digit directory numbers or 1- to 7- digit extension numbers.
  • If a number on your Selective Call Rejection list is also on another list (e.g., Selective Distinctive Alert), Selective Call Rejection will override the other service for that telephone number.
