How do I set up special holiday/snow menu if I have Easy Attendant?
You set up "special days". On the Special Days, the system will dafault to your non-Business hours menu.
- Log into the User Cloud Voice Portal with the Easy Attendant phone number and password
- Click on Open Attendant Settings.
- Click on the Schedule tab.
- Click on the calendar symbol under Special Days.
- Click on all the holidays your office will be closed, highlighting those days.
- Click OK.
Your system is set up to play your non-Business hours menu all day on the days you selected.
OR
- log into the Business Group Admin Portal with the admin login and password.
- Click on Attendants, click on the number.
- Click on the Schedule tab.
- Click on the calendar symbol under Special Days.
- Click on all the holidays your office will be closed, highlighting those days.
- Click OK.
