How do I whitelist an email address using my BTC email account?

1. Login to your BTC email account
2. Click on Spam Management on the left side-bar
3. Click on text under the green button on the right that says "Show More"
4. Click the "From Whitelist" box, which will prompt a new window
5. Enter the address/domains you wish to whitelist

Note: Adding email address/domains does not override higher level server protections. This setting only prevents emails that would normally for to the spam folder to go the main inbox. If an email is blocked due to malware or a virus, it will still be blocked.
