If I'm Out of Office, how do I forward my phone to another phone in the office?
Log into User Cloud Voice Portal and log in with your phone number (digits only) and portal password. Click on Open Call Manager. At the top there is a drop down for “Incoming calls will:”. Select Forward to another phone.
If you will frequently forward you phone to this number, Select Use a Save number and enter the number and Name and click add. Otherwise enter in a temporary number. Click on OK. Then click Apply.
