If someone in my home or my pet accidently cuts or chews the cable that's lying on top of my yard, who is responsible for paying for the repair?

The line on top of your yard will soon be buried by a BTC crew member. If someone cuts it or chews through it, the homeowner or contractor would be responsible for the cost for BTC to come out and repair it.
