Our porting hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm.
For the best experience, we do not recommend porting numbers on Fridays. Other carriers may need time to fully release the number(s) from their switch and most business offices are closed on weekends.
If it’s an extenuating circumstance, we recommend talking to one of our experts to fully understand the risks involved with porting on Fridays.
