What if I can't pay on time?
To make payment arrangements, please contact Customer Care at (918) 366-8000 before the scheduled due date to avoid service interruption. Should your service be disconnected for nonpayment, contact our office immediately.
It is important that any past due charges for service be paid before the service is reconnected. There is a charge to have your service restored. An additional security deposit may be required to reestablish your credit.
