What is SmartHub?
SmartHub is a secure web and mobile app that allows you to make payments, report service issues, and manage your account with your computer or mobile device. All BTC Broadband customers are eligible to sign up for SmartHub.
To sign up:
Visit BTCBroadband.com and click on the Pay My Bill tab. Click on New User on the SmartHub homepage and follow the prompts to create an account. Please note you’ll need your account number to register.
Download the SmartHub app for iPhone or Android and follow the New User prompts.
