What is the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) charge on my bill?

Purpose?

The fee is used for administration and oversight of all regulated telecommunications providers by the OCC within the state of Oklahoma.

Who does it apply to?

All access lines for both ILEC and CLEC business and residential.

How is the fee calculated?

Individual lines rates are set by utilizing a calculation of the total OCC state billed amounts allocated over all access lines. The percentage is based on the number of access lines both business and residential as well as the billed amounts from the OCC.

Are there any exemptions?

No.
