What is the Wide Area Calling Plan (WACP) or Extended Area Service (EAS) charge on my bill?

This fee is used for the cost of the consumer being able to utilize a local calling network that was previously considered to be long distance (i.e. Bixby to Claremore).

How is the fee calculated?

The fee percentage is a flat rated amount that is tariffed. This fee is not a percentage calculated fee. It is based on the tariff rate.
