Why did I not receive my bill or any bill notification?

Manage your notification methods on your SmartHub Account. Visit BTCBroadband.com and click on the Pay my Bill tab or open the SmartHub app. Click on Notifications > Customize notification methods to ensure you never miss a payment notification ever again!
