Why does my cable run across the top of my yard over to my neighbor's yard?

This is the line that services you and/or your neighbor's internet. After installation or repairing a cut line, BTC will have a service line laid out for our BDR (Buried Drop Request) crew to bury.

We must use 811 Call Okie to have all the buried lines near your house located and marked before we can bury your line. Our techs will come to bury the line within 30 days (weather permitting) from the date of installation/repair.
