Why is there cable laying across my lawn?

This is your permanent line and our Buried Drop Request "BDR" crew will come back out and bury it. After installation or repairing a cut line, BTC will have a service line laid out for our BDR (Buried Drop Request) team to bury.

We must use 811 Call Okie to have all the buried lines near your house located and marked before we can bury your line. Our techs will come to bury the line within 30 days (weather permitting) from the date of installation/repair.
